Is it Thanksgiving yet?
Because I really have so much to be Thankful for! It's so easy to forget how life can change with the blink of an eye and there's nothing like seeing someone you know go through something heartbreaking and life-altering. Staci C. lost her husband of 14 years this past weekend. There hasn't been a day go by since that she hasn't been in my thoughts. I can't imagine what she and her daughters are going through right now.
Hug your husbands extra tight this evening, give your kids extra kisses, read an extra book at bedtime and most importantly look them in the eyes and tell them you love them.
My heart goes out to Staci and her family. It's a long road ahead, but know that you are not alone. Hugs!

Yes, you just don't realize how life can change in a blink of an eye!
Oh how devistateing for them. :( You are totally right with how things can change so quickly. You really never know when your loved ones will be leaving us. I'll be praying for her and her family.
